The vineyards are located in the districts of Ripatransone, Offida and Acqueviva Picena and are organically grown.The Sangiovese is harvested at the end of September and Montepulciano in mid-October.After being destemmed, the grapes are transferred to 200hl stainless steel tanks.Maceration on the peel takes about 15 to 20 days.
