'Sesto Senso' means sixth sense, an extremely special wine made from Bronner grapes. Bronner is defined by several experts as a variety of the future and a super organic wine, thanks to its extraordinary natural ability to resist the most dangerous fungal diseases to grapes, such as powdery mildew and downy mildew. For this reason, it does not require treatments like other more common and well-known grape varieties. The grapes grown here are therefore uncontaminated, leaving the original aromas and flavors of their region intact. To protect this organoleptic heritage, Giol produces this wine with the utmost care and avoids products of animal origin. It is more than a wine, it is a wine made from the juice of the purest grapes.
