This Dornfelder Kalkstein has the scent of sour cherries, rjipe blueberries and raspberries.It is a fruity, harmonious dry wine.After the fruity character, aromas of vanilla and caramel follow through the 12 months maturing in large wooden barrels.The subtle residual sweetness gives the wine more fullness.It can be combined excellently with roast beef, game dishes and seasoned pastas with veal ragout or spicy sausages such as chorizo.
