Product description
Langhe Arneis has a rather deep straw yellow color, almost golden, with light green reflections. It has an intense floral scent with a special aroma of white flowers and wild flowers, dandelion, peach, hints of melon and passion fruit. On the palate it has a full, soft and harmonious taste, with notes of apple and clear melon. This wine is excellent to drink as an aperitif, with starters in general, fish, sushi, shellfish and delicate cheeses.
This Arneis comes from the vineyard Prato della Porta in the municipality of Rodello, at an altitude of 430 meters above sea level. It is a hilly terroir, facing southeast, with a medium-textured soil that tends to be clayey, fertile but very loose. This organic vineyard consists exclusively of Arneis, a grape variety of Italian origin.
The vinification consists of a gentle pressing of the grapes, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18-20 C ° for 30 days, followed by a stop on its own yeasts for about ninety days; The wine then ages for at least two months in the bottle.
