Rosso Conero Agreste has an intense ruby red color with purple hues.The color changes to garnet as the wine ages.The fragrance is pleasant on the nose with fruity and floral aromas.On the palate, the wine is juicy, harmonious with a dry full taste, tending to a slightly bitter aftertaste.As the wine matures it will soften.This wine is ideal to combine with dishes with a pronounced taste, grilled beef, lamb and pork dishes, wild boar pate, quail with sweetbreads and pasta with mushrooms and / or truffle.
This wine is at least 85% vinified from Montepulciano grapes and supplemented by up to 15% with Sangiovese.The grapes come from a hilly area in the province of Ancona with its pivot point in the castles of Jesi, which is surrounded by the Esino river.The grapes are harvested in crates, gently pressed and then stored in barrique barrels for a short time.A unique wine!
