This is a careful selection of Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is Sensa Solfiti (without added sulphite). It has a bright ruby color with purplish highlights. In the fragrance it has clean, fresh, fruity aromas with light grassy notes. On the palate it is young, slightly tannic and vegetal as opposed to soft and balanced. Due to its freshness and the characteristics that make it a young wine, it is easy to drink every day, especially with roast red meats and aged cheeses. Serve at a temperature of about 18 ° C.
