Product description
This Muscadet is harvested from a soil of green stones and clay soil.The color of the wine is light gold.In the nose it is fresh and elegant with notes of citrus and white flowers.The mouth is invigorating and very pleasant, with a beautiful aromatic volume for a Muscadet.There is a beginning, middle and end in this wine.Very pure with a hint of saltiness.Delicious to drink with oysters and other seafood, of course, but also with an aioli or snails.
The Bonnet, Rémi and Jean-Jacques brothers were certified organic in 2009 before switching to biodynamic viticulture in 2010 for their 40 ha vineyard.Their grapes, Melon de Bourgogne from 20 to 30 year old vines, are all hand-picked - unusual for Muscadet.The wine was aged for six months.
