Product description
Nektar is golden yellow in color. The aroma is intense and harmonious. Floral notes emerge as well as ripe fruit, aromatic herbs and sweet spices. The taste is all-encompassing and warm, the sensations in the scent are reflected in the taste, enriched with elegant hints of honey and wood resin. Long finish, well balanced by freshness and minerality. Try this wine with medium-mature cheese, pastries and tropical fruit desserts.
The name Lvnae is inspired by the city of Luni, an ancient Etruscan and Greek port, dedicated by the Greeks (Luna, for the Romans) to the goddess Selene. The first Luna settlement was founded by the Romans in 177 BC. Lvnae Bosoni's wine production is rooted in the ancient history of this country and its peoples, the Etruscans, Greeks and Romans, from whom it inherited a great wine tradition.
The area of Colli di Luni is the most eastern corner of the region (see photos), located between the Gulf of La Spezia and the Apuan Alps, only 11 km from the sea as the crow flies. This privileged position creates a unique microclimate where the alternating action of the sea and the mountain breeze, depending on whether it is day or night, creates the perfect conditions for the cultivation of vines and the production of excellent wines.
