This wine is made from 100% Verdicchio grapes.These come from a hilly area in the province of Ancona with its pivot point in the castles of Jesi, which is surrounded by the Esino River.The must is obtained by gentle pressing and only the first stage of pressing at very low pressure is used.Fermentation at low temperature.
