This Pinot Grigio has a vibrant color, clear with golden nuances.In the fragrance, the aromas are delicate but intensely scented and are reminiscent of pear and "golden" apple.This wine has an excellent balance between acidity and juiciness, then a herbaceous freshness dominates with a final hint of fruit at the end.The finish is persistent with flavors of yellow fruit and hints of vanilla.Warm, soft and balanced, perfect to drink with a slice of toasted bread with butter and salmon, or shrimp dipped in soy sauce.It is best to serve this wine at a temperature between 10/16 ° C, in a wide tulip-shaped glass.
