Product description
This Riesling PUR is an unfiltered pure wine made from Riesling grapes harvested from the best vineyards in the Pfaffenmütze region. It is light golden yellow in color and slightly cloudy. After pressing, the wine is left to ferment for up to 12 months until fully fermented and in equilibrium. The aromas are young and fresh with fresh herbs, honeydew melon, citrus and freshly cut grass. It is exotic just like a ripe Riesling. In the mouth it is dry, unctuous and mineral. It feels full and rich with a delicious fresh sweet fruitiness. Due to its long finish, it will go well with various dishes. For example in Asian and Mediterranean cuisine with dishes such as: Curry's with coconut, salad with prawns and mango, beef tataki or Peking duck.
