Product description
At an altitude of 400 to 450m in the Pagis vineyard in Eppan, the grapes grow south-east facing. The terroir consists of limestone gravel. Convenient harvesting of the Vernatsch takes place from the end of September. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation in large oak barrels (70-100 hl), in which the wine is aged for at least five to six months.
