A very exclusive Pinot Gris, a wine for the true connoisseur who does not shy away from natural residual sugars. This Selection Grains Nobles is made only from grapes affected by puriture noble, Botrytis Cinerea, which is clearly brand but in this noble wine. It gives the wine an enormous depth, a nice sweet-sour balance and a great aftertaste. The grapes are picked and selected by hand. The result is an exceptionally concentrated wine. Despite all the sweetness, the wine has a beautiful balance, because acids are also present in this Pinot Gris. Enjoy ripe tropical fruits, honey, liquorice, flowers and candied citrus. Delicious with foie gras, sweet desserts, cheeses and digestive.
