Vignobles des 2 lunes 'Mer du Nectar' is a Vendanges Tardives made from the Pinot Gris grape. It is golden yellow in color and, as the name suggests, it smells wonderfully of floral nectar and honey. Remarkably aromatic with scents of peach, pineapple and other tropical fruits that make ripe, sweet and candied. A full mouth feel with hints of toast. Offer this wine as an aperitif together with foie gras or cheese. It will also combine wonderfully with exotic food such as curries or a slightly spicy dish from, for example, Indonesia. You can also serve it for dessert with, for example, chocolate.
