The grape in the Well of Wine Grenache Rosé provides a particularly complete wine here: Sophisticated fruit, genuine notes of raspberry, strawberry and rose petals. A delicious summer Rosé that is in balance with its fresh acidity and light, fine bitterness in the aftertaste. Which makes it exceptionally suitable for combining with dishes. Drink this Rosé in the summer as an aperitif on the terrace or try it with charcuterie, Provencial chicken from the oven, salad with tomato and burrata, smoked salmon or beef carpaccio.
The Grenache and Cinsault come from different vineyards within the Languedoc and Roussillon. As a result, the specific properties of these vineyards are reflected in the wine. The climate is sunny, coolness and rain are present due to the proximity of the Cevennes and the Pyrenees. The grapes grow partly on calcareous soil and partly on clay and siliceous soil between 150 to 200m altitude, this ensures coolness during the nights, and therefore freshness in the wine.
We enjoy working with winemakers who have made beautiful wines their purpose in life. Winegrowers who treat nature respectfully and find it important not to be rushed but to give the wine the peace and quiet to develop beautifully. Wine producers who proudly taste their wine and want you to enjoy it as much as they do.
